Questions

What does the price include?

Every feature in the product you choose, plus new features as they are released. There are no extra modules to buy later.

Can I have Falcon CRM without Falcon PLM?

Yes. Falcon CRM works on its own for your sales team. You can add Falcon PLM later, and the two link up so your sales team sees your products and landing dates.

Can different people have different products?

Yes. For example, your design and production team can have Falcon PLM + CRM and your sales people Falcon CRM only. Each person pays for what they use, with a minimum of 5 users across your team.

Do suppliers and QC inspectors need a user?

Yes. Every person who signs in, including suppliers and QC inspectors, is a normal Falcon PLM user at the same price. They only see what you give them access to.

Is onboarding required?

No. Standard onboarding is optional. It gets your team set up faster with help from us. It is normally £1,500, and £1,000 while our introductory offer lasts.

Can I add more users later?

Yes. Add users at any time once you have the minimum of 5. You pay for the extra users from the day you add them.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. You can download your organisation's data whenever you like.

Falcon started inside the clothing and workwear trade, to fix the problems we saw every day.

Our story

Most small and medium garment businesses run on spreadsheets, email chains and a handful of separate subscriptions. Tech packs live in one place, orders in another and costs in a third, so mistakes creep in between them.

We built Falcon so that one system holds the whole journey, from the first sketch to the final invoice, and so that the factories making the garments can work in it too.
